On the schedule this week was a twisted bargello that the customer wanted feathering on, so I obliged! ;>)
Isn’t the twist in this just cool! One day I’ll make one of these, but in the meantime, here’s a little bit of freehand feathering following the twists of the colors:
For the next couple days I’m taking some time off to work on some of my own quilts! I started after super tonight and I’m liking what I’m seeing so far! Pics next week…………..
Have a great 4th everyone!

Can’t wait to see what you will creat this weekend. Enjoy!
Beautiful quilt & quilting. Let those creative juices flow. Have a great week end.
It is a beautiful quilt but I would go blind and crazy making one. The quilting looks great on it.
You get the most beautiful quilts into your studio!!!! That one is just amazing!!
A big “wow” for both the quilt and the choice of quilting. Gorgeous!
I love it… the colors, the twist and specially you quilting!
My sister wants me to make her this quilt, but I can’t find a pattern for this design. I really just need to know the column widths for the design & I can go from there. Thanks in advance.
Pamie, This was a customer quilt that I longarmed for her. I don’t have the pattern myself. Hope you find out the sizes you need.
Thanks anyway for your help. I did find a pattern with similar widths & comprised my own pattern from that & the picture. It was quite a lot of work. In case anyone else asks you about a pattern I can send it to you if you like. Just let me know where to email it to.
